Hawaii Community Foundation is offering funding through the CHANGE Grants program in 2021.

The CHANGE Grants program provides funding support for organizations who are currently working to move the needle on the CHANGE Framework sub-sectors and indicators.

The online application deadline is Friday, April 9, 2021, 4:00 pm HST.
