Kauai Cultural Programs & Events Grants
The intent of the grant program is to support the creation or maintenance of community events, activities and experiences for resident education and enjoyment; support Native Hawaiian cultural programming and/or will support product enhancement and visitor management programs that relate back to the Kauai Destination Management Action Plan goals or other community plan goals related to management of the visitor industry.

Kauaʻi Small Business Energy Efficiency Grant
Kauaʻi Small Business Energy Efficiency Grant (SBEEG) program is intended for small businesses, who may face more upfront financial hurdles when retrofitting, including 1. air conditioning, 2. lighting, 3. motors, and 4. refrigeration.

2025 Agriculture Farm Expansion Grant
The intent of the grant program is to advance Kauai’s agricultural industry through targeted investments in the expansion of farming across the island. Proposals submitted shall be reviewed and considered for the receipt of funding, to proposed projects or program budgets for applicant organizations.

Innovation Grant 2025
The intent of the grant program is to deploy innovation on-island in the areas of small business, technology, transportation, agriculture, local manufacturing, creative industries, workforce development, circular economies, tourism destination management and product development. Proposals must identify a known deficiency, problem, or need within the Kaua’i community and deploy an innovative community project that will be or has been successful in other contexts.
